Creative Commercial

The third of our THREE DESIGN STUDIOS in our quiver is workplace related with a hospitality / residential twist. Because the Commercial market, either Office or Retail, has been hit hard by Covid and Amazon, the need for resilient creative design solutions requires architects and interior designers to inspire our clients to push boundaries not perceived a decade ago. Our thought process needs to conceive buildings and spaces that have flexibility and unusually FUN spaces to retain employee interaction and retention. Not an easy challenge.

At 1645 Main, in a gritty industrial part of Los Angeles, we are proposing a simple pre-fabricated building typology as a “tent-like” open workplace environment allowing our client flexibility to provide user friendly build-outs as needed. And it is just a plain cool environment to work in.
